SAE Financial and Housing is proud to announce the rollout of our new website. The new site helps highlight our updated branding that has largely been dictated by our successful growth over the past 5 years. During the recent period of growth, SAE Financial and Housing has focused on the features of our Greek Housing Management services.
Greek Housing Management focuses on partnering with chapters, House Corporations, Provinces, and Alumni Associations. The partnership targets implementing our custom-designed, cloud-based software for efficient and effective financial, compliance, leasing, and property management solutions. Over the same 5 year period (since 2020), the range of chapters serviced by Greek Housing Management has diversified to include: unhoused chapter (Billing, Collections and Tax Compliance), chapters in financial distress (debt recovery, accounts payable management, building reserves through proper budgeting), House Corporations in major conferences (growth of partners in the Big10 & SEC), and House Corporations outside SAE (currently serving 8 Delta Chi Properties). In fact, at this point, nearly every SAE chapter, Province, and House Corporation can find value (service and/or advice) from Greek Housing Management’s current service offerings.
