Annually, the Inner Circle brings together a select group of the top collegiate leaders from across the realm with one goal: to cultivate the next generations of alumni leaders for our Fraternity.
Inner Circle is an all-expense-paid weekend held at the Running Hare Vineyard in Prince Fredrick, Maryland. The weekend event provides attendees with the opportunity to meet and be mentored by some of Sigma Alpha Epsilon’s most powerful, accomplished, and influential leaders, including members of the Supreme Council. Collegiate attendees will be surrounded by their peer leaders from across the realm who share the same passion and zeal for the Fraternity.
Guest speakers at the 2025 Inner Circle will share their experiences and knowledge from multiple industries with attendees. This year’s speakers include:
- Terry Shea (Oregon ’68), American Football Coach
- Steve Lacy (Kansas State ’76), former CEO of Meredith Corporation
- Gary Ransdell (Western Kentucky ’73), former President of Western Kentucky University & Institute for Shipboard Education (Semester at Sea)
- Jeremy Katz (Dartmouth ’95), Entrepreneur
- Kyle Gore (Dartmouth ’84), Senior Managing Director and Principal at CGA Capital

“Inner Circle is a great time to meet with the Supreme Council, other top members of Sigma Alpha Epsilon, as well as the top people across the nation and realm” – Nick Ruscoe (Oregon State)
“Attending Inner Circle gives you the opportunity to meet some of the best leaders in the nation as well as an overall experience that will prepare you for beyond undergrad” – Jacob Caballero (Worcester)
“From exec board members to IFC VPs, anyone in those positions should definitely consider applying” – Jacob Caballero (Worcester)
“All of the guest speakers provide you with exceptional insight into how to fix potential problems you may have at your chapters. If you’re a leader in your chapter, this is the event you want to attend.” – Gabe Encarnacion (Texas State)
The event starts on Friday, April 4, and ends on Sunday, April 6.
