Oregon State Awards Banquet

The Oregon State (Oregon Alpha) Annual Awards Banquet was held Monday evening, May 25, 2024, at the Oregon Alpha Chapter of Sigma Alpha Epsilon.

The dining room was full, and 20+ seniors were recognized for their contribution to the success of the chapter over the past four years like none other.   When the seniors were freshmen in Fall 2020, the House Corporation only let 18 members live in the chapter house.  That number grew to 36 by the Spring term (two per room!), and most school events and meetings were held on Zoom.  The senior class was recognized for their commitment and leadership in creating brotherhood and maintaining the great traditions of the chapter.  There are over 110 members on campus today, and the chapter has prospered under their leadership.  Below are photos from the 50 + year tradition – The Annual Awards Banquet – as well as in-person Founders Day last March 7th (the first since March of 2020) at the Stockpot in Beaverton.

Thank you, Alumni, for your support and interest in the development of leaders and True Gentlemen! – Dick Thompson (Oregon State ’73)

Past winners from 1987 to today were recognized for true leadership, brotherhood, scholarship, community service, character, and friendship. See the photos below.
