Phase 2: Interior Demolition
- The ugly stuff has occurred
- Carpeting, flooring, wallpaper, and old draperies have been cleared out
- Electrical connections repaired, upgraded, and code
Phase 2: Card Room Repair and Restore
- Prized historical photos and framed artifacts are tattered and torn. We are repairing and sometimes reframing the most valuable pieces.
- Faux-wood wainscoting removed. A fresh coat of paint is on the way.
- Thanks to Jim “Go Top Drawer” Durda for donating a beautiful round game table and matching chairs for the Card Room.
Phase 2: New/Expanded Study Room
We are expanding the 2nd-floor library and converting it into a modern Study Room.
Room for up to 10-12 gents, in their own study carols, w/ ample lighting & power.
Large whiteboard for collaborative projects.
