The University of Tennessee at Martin chapter recently held a ribbon-cutting ceremony for its newly dedicated chapter house. Two of the rooms were named after prolific UT-Martin alums. The social room is named after the late Jamie Duncan (’97), a member who lost the battle to cancer in 2002. The chapter room is named after the late Dr. Ted James (’58), the chapter’s first advisor. Phase two of the project has been approved by the Tennessee Tau House Corporation and will add living quarters to the property. Pictured (L-R) are Sid McMillan, past house corporation president; Dr. Keith Carver, UT Martin chancellor; Jake Scott, Eminent Archon; Chris Gunlefinger, assistant director for student life; and Rachel Stephens, assistant director for student life.
